Shipping and Return Policy

nuSpin Kids products were designed and manufactured with great care and pride, and we want your entire family to be happy with your purchase.

 

Items purchased from a nuSpin Kids retailer (online or storefront)

Items purchased through a nuSpin retailer must be returned/exchanged through that retailer and be subject to their return/exchange policy.

Taxes

Orders shipped to California may be subject to sales tax. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or fees imposed by their country or the carrier on their behalf to get the package through customs.

Shipment

We make every effort to ship your order out the next business day; however, it may take up to two business days to process your order. Unless otherwise specified, nuSpin will select the optimal shipping method, which could include the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or UPS.

Changed your Mind

If you would like to cancel your order or return your items, please submit your request through our Contact Us form.

Please note that orders are not eligible for cancellation once they have shipped.

Items purchased directly from nuSpin can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as they are new and in the original unopened packaging. Shipping on returned items is not refundable. The cost of both the original shipping and the return shipping is paid by the customer. All returned pieces will be examined and items that do not meet our return qualifications will be sent back at customer’s cost. Please allow 2-4 weeks for all returns to be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours via our Contact Us form.

If an item is defective, please notify us via our Contact Us form. You may return items with material defects within 30 days of purchase for evaluation. nuSpin will bear the cost of repairing or replacing the product and shipping the item back to you. Repair or replacement of the defective item is subject to verification of the malfunction or defect.

How to Return Products

A copy of the receipt and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all products sent back for returns or exchanges. To obtain an RMA number, please submit your request through our Contact Us form with a reason for the return/exchange. We strongly recommend shipping via UPS, FedEx, or Insured USPS so you can track and insure your package. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

 

Limitation of Liability

This limited warranty does not cover 1) a defect that has been caused by repair or modification by any person other than a nuSpin technician; 2) a defect caused by negligence, accident, or misuse of the product; 3) damage resulting from improper operation. Your remedies under this limited warranty are limited to repair or replacement of the product or components of the product. In no event will nuSpin or any of its retailers, dealers, distributors or resellers be liable for incidental, indirect or consequential damages relating to the product (including any repaired or replacement product or component) or its use. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. This limitation of liability shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

Agreement and Acknowledgement

nuSpin reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Shipping and Return policy, at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Shipping and Return policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
